What You Bump Into

Below is a recent response to a question: “Where could I look to see specific practices for the Bardos?”

(By the way,  a great question.)

There are many places to look for suggestions, clues, hints, and direct assistance on working with the Bardos.

Each and every blog of EJ’s  (GorebaggsWorld.com) contains one, dozens, or hundreds of suggestions on how to work with the Bardos.

Sometimes the suggestions are direct hints on navigating the Bardos.
Sometimes the suggestions are methods for raising one’s vibration.
All of the god-state material falls into this category.

You may recall EJ speaking about a work buddy that was known for her statement: “Reality is what you bump into”

Fair enough statement and perhaps worth a giggle picturing someone encountering a piece of furniture on a late night trek (in the dark) to the bathroom.

Here is the secret… when you raise your vibration slipping into the god-state — whether a little bit or a lot — you find yourself bumping into the Bardos. Direct experience, personally experienced.

Getting back to EJ’s blogs…
One tactic is to check each blog from the perspective of “Okay, what hint pops out at me today as something to work with.”

Another source of tactics could be Barbara’s blog: https://everytimelessmoment.substack.com?r=1d1fmq
She has posted many excellent presentations of exercises.

Bump into a fuller spectrum of reality.

All phenomena is illusion.
Neither attracted nor repelled.
Not making any sudden moves.
My habits will carry me through.

A good reminder that the ABD (American Book of the Dead) is a most excellent gateway method into the Bardos.

Remember the trick is not to anchor yourself in consensus reality while going through the motions.
Let raising your vibration bring you into a fuller experience of reality — including the Bardos.

By the way, if you have read all the way through the above, there’s another little trick that I believe we all need.
Periodically throughout the day we are reminded of our intentions regarding preparing for the Bardos.
When that happens it is not the time to wonder: “Hmmm, how should I do that?”
We should have an exercise ready at hand in our hip-pocket ready to implement.
That is not the time to make an intention to do something later.
There needs to be something we can do right then and there.

I suspect that if you ask you’ll find that most everyone will have such a practice.
Popcorn, four lines, diffused vision, I Am Here, Breath, etc.

Which do you use?
